My recipe
1 kilo mince
32 grams of seasoning
1 1/2 Cups of rusk
150 mls of cold water
Perfect every time just like the butchers
You should use frying pan it better tasting

Use half beef/half pork mince. the fattyness of the pork makes it all more moist and flavourful
Instead of just adding water ......use cold stock and an egg.
add about 10 ground cloves.
Finely chop an onion and slowly sautee it in a wee nob of butter untill soft. let it cool down and add it to the mince.

ОтветитьWHAT!!! this is yet another 'meatloaf' recipe, you have obviously 'not' done 'any' research, it is 'Pork & Beef' in equal amounts, no wonder you only have 285 subscribers right now 2023. in the on-screen texts it is a 'Lorn' and a 'Lauren' sausage. AND quit the Scottish background music, this video is a joke.
