It's always easier to run through defenders when they come rushing to you rather than waiting for you to get close, or just jockeying your dribble.

For me: how always getting free kick by doing skill dribbling for annoying some opponents like my friends

Are you playing with the data pack 5.0, mate?! I just stopped playing pes since then, it's unplayable, no matter the formations, tricks, tactics... legend is cheating all the time but super star just turned bollocks, whole game is just a bug festival on super star. How do you manage to find pes 2021 pleasant right now, mate?!

this doesn't work consistently for me :(, the player most of the time just goes to the side, or he comes to a halt, or simply does nothing

Vs the AI it's good but vs person they just muscle u out of the ball since u can't glide and shield at the same time

Great stuff Spoony, i got one question though. What would you consider the most effective and easiest skill to perform while sprinting towards a defender in PvP? I've tried several of your skills but I sprint a lot and I find it hard to release all buttons while I'm sprinting in order to do a skill that might get me past a defender. I know it's not suppose to be easy and it has a lot to do with timing, but can u give me some tips?

PES =please explain skills. This game never ceases to amaze me with all the skills. Would love to have custom buttons for skills eg: A (xbox) for pass, double tap A for skill move. Maybe one day.

Spoony! Great video! Can you do one of effective turns? Like when the striker receives the ball with the defender in his back or defenders. How do you normally handle that? Do you pass it off right away or make the turn? I find that for myself whenever I make the turn to space the animation slows down dramatically that I lose the ball. SO yes.. something like that will be helpful.

It’s a good skill but it’s hard to execute it when you’re playing online especially when you got opponents trying black arts (kicking you) But will practice at it

Just got Pes2021 in the sale now I need to catch up!
Watching how you go on these runs make me think back to a feature in the free training mode of the PS2 days. You could rewind time and try a pass/shot/ skill again and again. By the end of it, I'd have a perfect goal. They need to bring that back! It helped me master the controls in every situation.

Forgot to mention that lot of times it doesn't work when you're in a high position on one wing close to the touch line. Cause the opponent will just contain and not attack the ball, and will move when you move, stop when you stop, just as if the game uses your inputs to know what to do. And when i say they don't attack you, they don't attack you. You can literally stop moving, stay there without touching your controller till the referee blows the end of the first half like that. Cause everybody is programmed to stay at this position at this precise moment. Like the devs didn't think about "what if this guy stop playing at this moment ? We should program the AI to do someting". Nope. Nobody will move, except your retarded attackers who will make retarded runs while offiside.

That's why in PES is always advisable not to hold any button while dribbling (or anything), just series of tapping and waiting for the animations to be over (or super cancel it) before pressing anything again. PES register input serially except for super cancel.

Do you have a patent on simple but damn effective moves.....Is it the pies you guys eat or your just the PES world MERLIN....you keep letting little tid bits dribble out of the pipeline constantly. "Oh my days" (Idris Elba voice)

i’ve found i can do this with a flick of the right stick (finesse dribble) as well but only when sprinting. been having loads of fun playing full manual on master league

Important feature to consider: The opponent defender must make a move to steal the ball. If he is stationary, then all he needs is just to turn, so he will still be in front of you and you'll lose the ball easily, because you have opened the ball. Wait until he is close, on the move and out of balance, so that you'll take him out with a simple turn. Have a nice time and keep the family safe.
