I’m a HUGE carnivore but I always thought that fat on those steaks looked very unappetizing. I also have to go medium rare. Had rare once at a reputable world renowned steak house and i didnt like it. Too cool in the center.

Dairy cows arent supposed to be used for meat their meat is stringy and chewy and lacks nutriants because the dairy cow spent their whole life putting all their nutriants into their milk only bulls are used for good quality meat.

So those poor cows give you milk, and then they get butchered up. Wonderful. Just so that's some fat a**** can enjoy a $2000 meal

You can send that to a local veterinary clinic and they still might be able resuscitate it.
