Going cold turkey for 2 weeks completely help me reset my tolerance too.
Now I try to go every other day with gorilla mind energy drink and even the one day on one day off helps me feel incredible every time I have caffeine now.
I tried doing this and went 4 days and caved in. Was going to try again and seen this video told me do it b***h
ОтветитьI think the better quality of sleep gives better recovery and more strength, probably why the lactic acid decreased also. I only take a coffe in the mornings now and occasionly before the gym on days when i feel low energy, to get some extra boost. But if I continue to use caffeine as PWO everyday then the sleep and recovery gets reduced so I make sure to not take caffeine PWO everyday.
ОтветитьKSM66 ashwagandha, magnesium and reishi is also good to take occasionanly after the gym to calm down the system after having caffeine. Everything in moderation, even ashwagandha is not good to take everyday as it makes me lethargic.
