I have the same problem it's always ' what if ' words come to my mind and fear that everything will be bad even though I don't Want to think like that I know Allah is with me and I want to hold to the rope of Allah tightly. But this thought that everything will be bad for me just keep coming back in my mind they make me feel so scared that I fall sick after that and have no control over my self.

Shaytan tricks me here too. When I say ya ALLAH, I will be content with your decree, then shaytan whispers "What if ALLAH tests you for saying this? What if you can't keep contentment? What if ALLAH make situation worse for you?" I'm tired of such whispers. I feel sad and crying all the time. What should I do?

I did all the steps you mentioned. I put my trust fully in Allah. I am very stressed and I am in a job that opresses me. I cannot quit the job because of family pressure.
