1st outfit:

Colors all work together as a team, therefore being more easily digestible because everything is balanced. Overall it looks effortless, the pants and the beanie do a great job of blending in with the jacket.

2nd outfit:

The jacket sticks out like a sore thumb. The silhouette feels off as the legs look too small compared to the jacket and the shoes look too big.

Am I the only one that actualy prefferes the second outfit?

Aesthetically pleasing is a very wide spread point. First people have different tastes and second it could also depend on what is in fashion now. Plus I think the main reason most people picked number one is because of proportion and how the first one has the pants and jacket fit well together due to their wide and oversize proportions

answer is similar colors. first outfit has the jacket closed so you dont see the shirt and everything looks similar because of the color so its more pleasing to eye(my guess)

Second one for me, love the contrast, only thing that is worse is the boring slim fit of the pants

So before I watched the whole video I think aesthetically pleasing outfits are due to a combination of color palette choices, and ability to wear contouring pieces of different sizes. It’s like how we wouldn’t wear a tight fitted shirt with skinny jeans, you’d want contrast to make the outfit pop, but also want the tones of the pieces in a way to sort of balance each other out. That was my first thought. Also, outfit number 1.

I paused in the intro and tried to think of a valid answer, and for me, it's basically something that gives off a familiar vibe to you. like, the pants in the 2nd outfit do not impress me like the 1st one, cuz FOR ME, they are a very regular form of pants, nothing wrong, but nothing special about, they don't give me any vibes of anything I know or think is cool. tha 2nd one reminds me much more of things that are more familiar to me, I see them in rap, skateboarding, hip hop, so when I see them, I feel much more "satisfied", and it's very subjective, you can be someone loud, even rebellious, like rap, but also the opposite, and there's nothing wrong with it, I'm sure many will like the second outfit too
