SWISS always offer excellent service, in my experience and are often my airline of choice. They should be put in charge of Lufthansa - I don’t know what happened to them, but they’re on my “avoid” list.

why does SWISS still use NRT and not Haneda as a flight from Zurich should. Can't the Lufthansa group find an HND slot or switch the Munich flight to NRT and ZRH to HND. ZRH should be more important than MUN in Haneda importance to the LH group.

Sorry but by far NOT the Best !!!! You should fly Austrian on Business and you will immediately feel and see the difference…. With chef onboard and the food much much better and the much nicer crew……
