3 billion shares divided by 6 equals current “US” AMC shares outstanding. They published the information on this BDR in their filing saying 6 of these back each one share.

Go watch Matt khors if you truly want to know what happened. This in no way absolutely no way confirms synthetics or illegal shares. That count matches up. It’s basically a factor of six so for that many shares the price reflects. 5. Whatever times 6 equals the price. It all matches up. The synthetic shares and illegal shares can only be identified through a share recall and recount based on what accounts have purchased.
