Igor Rybakov was born in Magnitogorsk, Soviet Union in 1972. He earned MS from the prestigious Moscow Institute of Science and Technology. More importantly, while a student, he teamed up with another student Sergei Kolesnikov and founded Technonicol, which would become the largest roofing and building material firm in Russia. With 56 factories, Technonicol also has presnce in 7 other countries throughout Europe and Asia. In 2015, he quit daily operation of Techninicol, created the Rybakov Foundation with wife and focuses on Education. He committed more than $100M to charity and the Rybakov Prize , with an award of $1 million, is sometimes referred as the Nobel Prize in Education. He then became an author, a singer, an actor, and the world's first successful video-blogger with a youtube following of 1.37 millions. In 2017, he created the Prytek Tech , which is a Venture Capital Firm, and committed $130 million to help fund other technology startups.
