Hey, does the expansion of build limits come with SS2?

Hey I have been playing fallout for a long time Now but I played on Xbox am now I play on pc so I don’t have the dlc for fallout 4 am I see there is a chapter 2 that requires dlc can I still use this with out dlc are is dlc required to use it at all ?

imo for me is ok to understand mod, but most my friends delete this cause they say way too complex for it. what they expected is like mobile game build then forget type.
maybe they didnt use auto build.

In chapter 2, when I try to clean central office in the HQ it says no options were sent to be selected form. how do I fix this?

Excellent series!! I just watched the whole thing and NOW I think I understand enough to get going with SS2. I'm playing with a "lightweight" WJ list that is supposed to be set up around SS2, more or less. It also has a lot of added quest content so hopefully there won't be too many conflicts along those lines. A major one is the new Diamond City Bleachers 2 mod. Anyway THANKS for helping this senior citizen (who isn't very good at combat) feel good about playing in Easy mode!
