Why should tax payers and citizens live with partially fit people? For the sake of kindness and sympathy to physically challenged people they can be hired for office work, but not at class 1. I agree with Smita Sabharwal.

I think Smita Sabharwal is right. She not questioning the need for reservations for differently abled persons; she is putting forth the logic why IAS should be exempted from it. Think about it.

Then why women's are asking to compete with men. Does they have equal physical stamina in majority fields like defence, police as compared to men.
Same for caste and class.
When we are colonized, Britisher feels same that Indian's are not competent than them.
