I like it but I think I prefer the super meteor more.
ОтветитьThat is a really nice looking bike. Great to see you riding around with more blue sky. Out in all weathers. I’ve bought you another Coffee. Well deserved.
Ответитьlooks quite nice but honestly prefer the style of the hntr, shame they've not done a larger engine version of that yet
ОтветитьGreat looking bikes
ОтветитьWell I'm not watching this vid way to fine and sunny ...I only watch you because I feel sorry for you in all that rain.......ONLY JOKING !!!!!! 😂😂😂😂 I'm himalayan owner 2nd time had 350 too there all great bikes the only fly in the ointment is parts and warranty claims take for ever a year for one part ...3mths now and 2 warranty claims still not sorted ....thankfully my himalayan is good to ride ....atb sir...🖐👌
Ответитьbest looking RE bike they produce now, and looks like they go ok, obviously not fast but fast enough to break any UK speed limit and that is enough for many people, great review by the way
Ответитьbest looking re contental gt 650
ОтветитьGreat vid mate. Love this bike, but rode it in appalling weather. you got the sun today, lucky you. Cheers Mick
ОтветитьA very nice bike and at a great price 👍 I had a Hunter 350 and totally agree with what your saying regarding power 👍
ОтветитьGreat video! I'm the proud owner of a Shotgun 650 in plasma blue, just like the one you rode, and I absolutely love it. I had a Meteor 350, which I loved as well, but it just couldn't quite keep up on the freeways here in Phoenix, AZ. The Shotgun looks a lot like my Fireball Yellow Meteor, with all the blacked out bits. And with the 300 extra cc's, it's just perfect. So I traded my 350 in on one after test riding one at a demo event. I fell in love immediately. I still think the Meteor 350 is a brilliant bike as well, and in a perfect situation, I would be able to own both. But having to choose one, the Shotgun was the clear choice for me.
ОтветитьI want one
ОтветитьI wish get some other colors too. I would love a plasma versión in red.
ОтветитьThe Shotgun 650 has a 2 step ignition, it's usually good practice to do one click and wait 5 for the fuel pump to kick in and then go for ignition...just my 2 cents
ОтветитьGood review sir. I rode this very bike at the beginning of June & loved it. I told them at the time that the rear reflector had fallen off. Obviously it's slipped their minds 🙄. Regards, Mo 😊 👍.
ОтветитьБыло бы интересно посмотреть замену масла, к примеру, на данном мотоцикле. Но не просто короткое видео, а очень подробное: какие уплотнения менять, какие шайбы и прочее
ОтветитьI just took advantage of the Motogb sell off. I got a Meteor 350 for £3200 on the road from Robinsons of Rochdale. They were superb to deal with.
Ответитьnope, don't float my boat. I'll stick with my '97 Valkyrie....
ОтветитьAre u using the wide angle lens while riding the bike in your action camera or its just normal view
ОтветитьGood review. Glad I don't live in England cause your yellow number plates are way too large and detract from the beaut motorcycle. Here in Australia our rear only number plates are half the size and you can put on a customised coloured plate!
ОтветитьTestrode the green one the other day here in DK. Just to kill curiosity. I really wanted to not like it. But mission failed...now I want one! The one I tested had a 2into1 exhaust. (S&S)Sounded so good! And I might be wrong, but it felt like the Shotgun had a more eager engine than the Interceptor. Maybe due to exhaust?
Swapping those chimneys will probably save alot of weight. And the centerstand, and the rearseat arrangement. Will probably shave 20-30 kilos.
And I agree, I would pick the Shotgun! Thank you!
I have an Interceptor 2019, bought secondhand last year as a stock bike with 5,500 miles on it, upgraded rear shocks to Hagon, bought a pair of alloy wheels from India for about £350 including import charges, fitted Bridgestone BT46 tubeless tyres, added a Givi screen, RE panniers/rails and Givi rack, USB port, TEC Cannon Exhaust, came with touring seat, DNA air filter. It’s now the bike a really want and makes for a great do everything bike. Also have a Hunter 350 and Scram 411 and ride them all regularly (understanding wife is a must!). Changing between the bikes really highlights the positives of each bike, more power from Interceptor and long distance ability, Scram for riding around pot holed Sussex lanes and Hunter for relaxed bimbling around the countryside taking in the scenery plus the Hunter is smaller and lighter, reminds me of the Yamaha RD250 I had as a teenage back in the 70s , different power delivery but probably a more relaxed ride. Great video by the way, subscribed👍
ОтветитьTest rode a shotgun last weekend. Went to do a deal PXing my 22 plate interceptor and got offered a deal of £3200 because this nonsense with MotoGB so my Interceptor has lost over 50% in just over 2 years. That spannered the purchase. Not happy because I loved the Shotgun.
ОтветитьWhat about the Moto Guzzi V7? In comparison
ОтветитьGreat looking bike. Very nostalgic look. It's on my shopping list. Around $6,899 US price and I'd say well worth every penny.
Thanks for the review, also, that's a beautiful countryside ride.
Blessings from Georgia USA 🪶✨
Can't really utilise a second motorcycle and i can get a good car with down payment at the purchase cost of a Shotgun. Head Vs Heart. I will let you know who wins.
ОтветитьA great bike, the power is fine totally destressed and will last forever, you can eek out more power from any engine but when you get that maximum power you will compromise the engines longevity
ОтветитьThe con was in the title, thought i was going to here something revealing, something you should should know before buying, to good to be true, content same as other reviews so stopped viewing at 11 minutes in.
ОтветитьGet real it's not a real Royal Enfield, it's a crappy jiggly built* sad imitation of a once great British built bike aimed at cheapskates and sad old timers looking for a bit of nostalgia on the cheap......The wrinklies would do better and saving their pension and buying a Triumph built in Britain which unlike the Indian Sub-Continent makers will not depreciate like a cannonball in a bucket of water.
ОтветитьThese RE bikes are awesome. They are begging for a bump up in displacement and HP. They are great as they are but of course we are going to want more power eventually 😂. Imagine a 975 cc version with 75 hp!
