You might like the Rockman 7 EP hack, Mike It's pretty solid, though maybe a touch easy? It has some dark areas you will likely hate, but your weapons light up the area so it's not too bad. There are a couple of shooter sections you might get a kick out of. It has remixed bosses with new patterns as well as new stages. Last boss is weird, but overall it was a pretty decent hack and only took about 2 hours to beat.

You might also want to try the improvement hacks for MegaMan X5 and X6 sometime, they make both games significantly less crap.

I always liked this game as a kid! Sure it's quite an easy game but still enjoyable for the most part. Rarely see or hear anyone talk about it, surprising to see it show up Mike.

Such an unorthodox platformer.
I enjoyed the Disney Afternoon from Gummi Bears up to Gargoyles.
After that, I don't know, I just didn't care for what they were peddling. I don't know what was going on with Donald's nephews in Quack Pack. I want to know what happened between Ducktales and Quack Pack.

I mentioned my opinion about this game in one of the recent YT uploads. In short, I rented it one time back then, got annoyed at the racing and returned it to the video game rental place. After seeing Mike's full playthrough of this...I am glad I did not give it a second chance.

It is really baffling that the same developer who also did the two NES Flintstones games which were not the greatest platformers ever, but still decent, made such blunders like the stupid dice system, no bosses of any sort and lack of any kind of decent challenge. It almost looks like they decided last minute to turn this into a board game of some sort, otherwise, I cannot think of any other reason why they did such a boneheaded move.

So yeah, for anyone interested in Mike playing better Flintstones platformers, watch his Rescue Of Dino & Hoppy or Surprise At Dinosaur Peak streams on YT (the latter is the better game but the former is the more entertaining stream in my opinion).

I wonder how the Jetsons platformer on Super Nintendo is compared to the NES one.

This game was so good. I remember renting it as a kid and playing this game, loved it, then whenever I tried to rent it again i kept renting some terrible Flintstones game instead. I'm pretty sure that happened, if there is another shittier Flintstones SNES game then that happened, if not, I just blatantly lied to you.

I think 2D sprite based consoles are just plain better at doing games based on traditional animation (like Simpsons, Looney Tunes, Beavis & Butthead, etc.), especially the SNES which had Mode 7 for manipulating sprites, and CGRAM for manipulating colors (ever notice how the sprites in Donkey Kong Country became more bright and green-tinted if they walked under a green lamp, or became more dark and blue-tinted in night areas?).

Treasure of Sierra Madrock is a good game, but I wish the board game aspect was a little deeper and more interesting. The idea of a "board game" platformer is kind of genius but the concept is so half baked here it's hard to really get behind it. A lot of the levels are unfortunately just pointless and the ending is incredibly abrupt.
