3 Ways To Market Your Reg D 506b

Very helpful presentation. I just subscribed. I am planning to start a real estate fund (likely a 506b) and have a few questions about what was discussed in the video:

1. Before I start the fund, can I post to my professional networks or blog that I'm planning to start a fund, talk about my real estate journey, and invite them to follow me and/or join my newsletter, group, etc?

2. I already have a separate business that blogs on money matters among other things. Can that business refer potential investors in blog posts, such as by sharing the link to the Fund website?

3. With things like educational webinars or Facebook groups/pages, can they be in the fund's name like "Fund XYZ wealth education" or would the name of the fund have to be absent?
