What do you do when you get three offers accepted? You pick the best one. Ideally, you would write one offer and get it accepted, which is usually how it goes with me but when you are in a competitive price point, sometimes you have to write multiple offers at the same time.

We were able to negotiate a $20,000 credit to pay for ALL the closing costs and to pay down the interest rate. Our client also qualified for the Long Beach grant, which gave her an additional $25,000 for a down payment that she does not have to repay. I can’t wait to hand her the keys on Thursday! 🙌
