I worked at a bath and beauty products store, when I came across a woman in tights, leg warmers, sweatband, sneakers, and an off shoulder sweater. I asked her if I could help her and she searched the shelves, saying “I can’t find ‘Turner and Hooch’! Where is ‘Turner and Hooch’?” I replied with “Uhh, this is a…” the woman replied with “Aaaahhh!” as she vanished into dust.

Later that week I saw a military officer calling for someone named “Emily!” He said the war was over, and was shouting about the hounds. It turns out our bath and beauty products store was in the former space of a video rental store! 😱

Back in the late 60s to early 80s, the major 3 networks would sometimes show adventure presentations, usually, three or four squeezed into a one or two-hour period, usually hosted by people like Darren McGavin or Vincent Price, I don't remember exactly who did it, though. I think it was either ABC or CBS. These remind me so much of them. Some of these could easily be used to do the old anthology programs, live, rather than animated. I could see NetFlix jumping on it. This series reminds me of the old The Twilight Zone series.

This was a good one, it was interesting from start to finish. If I saw someone inside the store who was hiding and was trying to avoid being seen, cut the phone, locked the store and hid the keys. I wouldn't go to sleep in the store!
