That space is way too small for all of that they need a four hundred square foot tiny to be fair to their kids who aren't going to be that small for very long

I’m planning on building my next house and if my budget is tight I’m going to build a 1125 square foot house! And I’m single!!

No way would I put myself and three others including two children. Fine for one person not four.those children are going to be growing fast. U will blink your eyes snd they are going to be a couple feet taller.

What about the walking tub for older people ?? that could have worked ? Cool place non of the less.

I don’t understand why they couldn’t of made the house 350 square feet at least, this is too small

going across that kid walk, is going to get old quick for mom to do the beds, clean up etc. I hope it works for them, but I believe they may be a bit overly optimistic. The kid loft has carpet, vacuum? (I know there are really small ones, may need to rig up a "central vac" system with longer hoses. As for the parking spot, power, water, waste water? This looks cool, for one person, maybe two, but I'll be surprised if they are this happy, in 6-12 months. Keep us informed. As far as taking it with him when moving from job to job, finding parking places may not be as easy as they think. Dont' get me wrong, I'm a TH fan, but sometimes, reality hits hard.

I lived in a 160 sq ft shed when my granddaughter visited , it was cramped, so this for that family is NOT forward thinking . But ignorance.

Copyright 2014, so ten years ago. The boy is now 16 and the girl is now 14.

Why don’t they mention the cost of? For a retired nurse, I’d love to have one, but could I afford it?
