Люди покупают кондишн и думают что повесили и забыли, и так проходит от 3-7 лет,при этом взрослые и дети, часто болеют и не понимают как и от чего они заболели,а это напрямую связано с кондиционерами.
Внутренний блок это рассадник различных микробов,патогенов,пыли,которые скапливаются на теплообменнике. И обслуживать нужно 1 раз в год и испаритель и конденсатор дезинфекция и очистка. Судя по слою грязи он не обслуживался более 3-х лет...
