ОтветитьWhy didn’t green cove springs make the list ?
ОтветитьMoved from Oakland over here live in Oakleaf, super dope for families . But I think for me as a young man I’d rather live in riverside/Brooklyn area reminds me of a little Berkeley
ОтветитьNice sub mesage "as your realtor" made us laugh. We joined the family. ETA 2025
ОтветитьHi And thank you for this video. What location in Jacksonville still has great quality of life for a person in their 30s but it’s close enough to Fernandina Beach?
ОтветитьI moved from just west of Detroit to the Arlington area of Jacksonville in April of 2022. The area I moved from (Livonia, MI) is extremely close to the feel I get in Arlington. I recently had a friend who grew up in the area refer to Arlington as "hood-adjacent", which I don't agree with at all.
Ответить1. Mandarin
2. Oakleaf
3. Riverside/Avondale (5 Points)
4. San Marco
5. Bart rum Park
6. Jax Beaches
7. ETown
Let me make this easier for anyone not from here. EAST of or on kernan blvd = good Anything west of kernan blvd = ghetto scum.
ОтветитьHow you leave out historic Moncrief?
ОтветитьWhat area do you suggest for seniors on section 8 that love to roller skate
ОтветитьWell done.
Keep up the good work!

Any recommendations close to JAX airport with a large lot? Wife works for major airline. Just looking at maps see; Amelia Island on the coast, and a bunch of small communities NW of JAX. Thank you.
ОтветитьI will be in Jacksonville Florida this week. Thank you for this video. Looking to move from Fort Lauderdale Florida. Your video helps a whole lot.
ОтветитьWe are over crowded in this city. Please, don’t move to Florida.
ОтветитьI am interested in areas near Caribbean stores and supermarkets like Walmart’s. What is your suggestion for a retired 62 y/o.? Thank you for this video.🙏🏾

ОтветитьWhen I was looking online for a property to buy in Jax, where I didn't know anyone, before I moved from Michigan in 2019, I only had one criterion in mind: my future home must be close to the beach, airport, and downtown at the same time. I found a condo in Southside that was 15 minutes to the beach, 25 minutes to the airport, and 15 minutes to downtown. All my basic needs are satisfied. I've been happy in Jax ever since.
ОтветитьHello. We are 55+ and will be moving from Atlanta (MidTown) to Jacksonville. We want a ranch style house with a lot of walkability. We are active and want activities close by.
ОтветитьI moved here 8 months ago for a job promotion. I live in riverside and pay more for a basic apartment with an outdated kitchen (no dishwasher) than I did in Chicago. It’s wild. Also, you can go a mile in any direction and be in some really sketchy areas. The ghetto and blight are peppered all over Jacksonville. I’m going to make my money here and then get to south Florida hopefully.
ОтветитьMy husband is a Jacksonville native; I've been here since 1954. All these neighborhoods are lovely -- but too rich for our blood. Do you have recommendations for people who aren't in the $100.000 plus bracket?
ОтветитьWhat do you think about Middleburg?
ОтветитьJust got here! Love your videos!
ОтветитьYou mentioned HOA, but I didn't hear anything regarding CDD fees, restrictions, etc.
ОтветитьYou did a great job painting a picture of the area 👍🏾 I’m definitely taking a drive up
ОтветитьIn
ОтветитьI lived 8n Jax 43 years in riverside rat landlords
