So it’s possible that they host another one since it’s also been a hundred years since the cancellation and it goes wrong owing to there not being another one for another 100 years

I'm almost 100% sure NONE of the this will happen. They will for sure want to keep having the freedom to expand the Wizarding World without going close to the characters from the books, as that would just create friction with the fandom. Just look at the colossal failure of the Fantastic Beasts project.

If you speak to prof. Hecate she mentions what she did at the dept of mysteries and it’s most definitely the discovery/researching of time turners that’s why she’s older than she should be it was no accident she was traveling about time learning how they work and I’m thinking it’s ancient magic and these newly discovered devices need someone with the gift to look into them. We are going to visit several iconic times as the dlc it’s too perfect timing and it’s too good of a chance to get a bit of all the must sees into one game. Founders 1st goblin rebellion see the peverall bros maybe a tri wizard tournament as well. It’s just the best concept I could think of they could literally touch on any moment in wizard history

I’d love to have to do an animagus mission, and seriously have to do a full month in game with a mandrake left under your tongue, all while trying to do everything else. There’s tons involved with the animagus transformation, I think it’d be great to do.

it would be interesting to see how our character affected albus during his tenure as a student tho i dont think it would be right to stop such a story at the point we leave hogwarts theyd have to include us in the global wizarding war in order for the story to feel even remotely complete ending the dlc with grindelwalds defeat and subsequent imprisonment at Nurmengard

I hate myself for already beating the game and doing almost all side quests lol. I wish I would have taken my time. Sure hope we get some new content

Like this if you DO NOT want a dlc. Too many games now are giving us slow content drips with dlcs/seasons and I'm sick of it. I just want complete games. Just saying it would be much better for them to make a sequel instead and be solely focused on that and fixing whatever bugs we deal with now. Adding a dlc to the game will only make our bugs even worse and present new ones. We see that all the time. I'd like them to put quiditch back in to the game because it originally was going to be in game but the flight mechanics and everything else to do with quiditch wasnt and probably still isn't ready to be playable. It's already bad enough that lots of us can't even play or complete all the achievements due to glitches. Go to their Twitter amd look at the bug reports in their report link it's crazy how many people spawn under the map and can't do anything or can't even open the title screen without crashing. +quests/challenges not getting tracked and not saying they're completed if they are. The game is amazing and fun but yall wanting a dlc when there's so many people experiencing glitches that are making the game unplayable for some is wild.

The most likely DLC would be through the Ministry of Magic and Azkaban which takes place during the time period Prof. Black and Fig randomly go to the Ministry Of Magic for no reason in the story. This could introduce well known spells, well known locations and well know enemies like the Dementors. This also fits neatly into the story and may begin at this point, but be broken up into smaller quests which can be completed when the player wishes. Quidditch is also pretty likely as all the fundament elements are in the game now except passing and shooting while on a broom, however the control scheme for the broom leaves enough room to implement these features. The blue suit character you mention could be marked for DLC as Ravenclaw is the only house we don’t get a “friend” from right now.

The developers cut down the map significantly, I think they could have put more in the first place, but that leaves me hopeful that they expand on this with multiple sequels.

The connection to Dumbledore’s 1st year being the MC’s last is really very interesting and isn’t the only connection to Dumbledore. A lot of the story elements in Hogwarts Legacy are taken from
Half Blood Prince.

In this book we learn about the Gaunts. Salazar Slytherin, etc which is a large focus of the game.

Not to mention that the MC’s ability to see ancient magic is practically lifted off of the page from none other Dumbledore.

In the chapter where Harry and Dumbledore go to the cave, Dumbledore stands at the entrance confirming that this was place they were looking for. To Harry it appeared to be a cave wall. When Harry asks how he knows, Dumbledore simply says that “It has known magic.”

Harry imagines himself feeling it, but it is clear that Dumbledore can see and sense much much more than Harry about that spot.

In other words, Dumbledore can see traces of magic. Just like MC can in Hogwarts Legacy.

As a side note, that whole cave sequence where you have to give blood to enter is so similar in vein as the Slytherin Scriptorium quest in the game where you have to cast crucio that I’m sure the developers were using HBP as their guide for many things.

Perhaps the MC will pass on what they know about Ancient Magic to Dumbledore…

A Triwizard Tournament, while unlikely, would be incredibly fun to playthrough. And I would LOVE to see more questlines involving Ominis!

What is it with every Hogwarts Legacy talking about the Chamber of Secrets? I know the game is not considered canon but it still would be dumb to ignore the entire plot of the second movie. The only two people who opened the Chamber since Slytherin left Hogwarts are Harry and Voldemort. But if they really are going to do this I hope the devs are smart enough to make Ominis do it so it makes at least a little sense.

I don't even necesarily want new dragon breeds. Just give me side-quests to befriend the 3 dragons that have models in the game and I'm extremely happy

A chamber of secrets dlc could work especially if they use another hidden entrance besides the bathroom and maybe at the end of the dlc we could get obviated by one of the older gaunts this dlc could also explain why most of the chamber is flooded in the movies maybe we have to blast our way in and out which causes it to flood

I say wait until dumbledore comes into the school because if they do triwizard before dumbledore it would contradict the books because in the books it is said that dumbledore had one EVERRY award given to a hogwarts student however it doesnt explicitly state this but is also implied by the last time the tournament was held.

If Dumbledore appears in any future dlc or sequels, they could also go into some Grindlewald stuff (Essentially retconning the fantastic beasts movies. Which would be best since they aren't finishing it). It would also give the character a chance to grow farther than a hogwarts student, as say one of Dumbledore's teachers in his own later years, since your character only has 2 years left (they didn't let Voldemort teach so young, but they may have made exceptions in the past, we don't know)

It won't let you name your character Albus Dumbledore either it says contains restricted words or whatever.

I haven't played the game yet (waiting to see if there are future dlc), so take this observation with a grain of salt as its from an outsider looking in, but the title of the game itself could just as easily be a clue pointing toward future content be it dlc or future games as the term legacy could imply that multiple stories from different [characters] perspectives throughout the history and possibly future of Hogwarts will be told...

I know this may sound weird or maybe far too much, but I hope, (if a sequel would be made), they would add the Ministry of Magic, that place would just look absolutely eerie and amazing

I think they should bring in more bosses, like literally you only fight trolls and spider ....this is a fantasy world.. I think there should be more big and small bosses ....we have the forbidden forest but their is nothing forbidden about it...I feel that there should be more monster s and it should be seriously dangerous and horrifying .... you only go there when you like challenging the game😊😅

There's a big potential for this game in future, either in DLCs and Updates.

First we need find out, if Anne can be cured. Now she is gone, because she needs a time to find a way to his brother. That ancient magic could heal Anne, but our character has to know, how it use it for good.

Also there was a option, before fight with Ranrok, to share secret of ancient magic with those who you trust. It might means, you, Poppy, Sebastian, Ominis and Natsai should be next Keepers.

Also don't forget words of Weasley, when she told us, she is curious, what will happens in next years at Hogwarts.

What many people wants, is to make realtionship with Sebastian, Poppy or Natsai. I really hope, developers will give us this. I know, they are fifth year, but look at Hogwarts Mystery. They made it totally innocent and beautiful.

Also there is a potential with underwater adventure, maybe visit other schools at world. I would like to have a quest, where we can visit Natsai and school in Uganda. Or we can go visit Ministry of Magic, Diagonal alley etc.

There are so many chances, how to make this game bigger and better with DLCs and updates. I just hope, developers will be trying make our wishes come true.
