you can try the yoga moves cat and cow or {down puppy its were you stick your but in the air "not down dog inversion is bad" and you are on all 4 and can use pillows for elevation for mor comfort} this is sometimes used in labor to flip a baby "head" facing the wrong way it brings baby off the pelvises. also relives back pain I used to do this using my couch well I was pregnant years ago... Basically the fundal height is the measurement from the top of the uterus to the pubic bone. Basically if you are 30 weeks, then your fundal height should be 30 cm 😊

I also failed my 1 hour glucose test. Part of the reason was probably due to my age, the other part was I waited until after 29 weeks, but I had nursing finals at 28 weeks and was too busy! I have to take the 3 hour on Friday, I get so nauseous so I’m a little worried about it.

All of the visits with my OB were short with all 4 babies . What you are experiencing is normal. I do know they you have an extra portion of pain. You look so healthy!

I love the way that you only advertise products that actually work . Do those high sided bras chafe under your arms ? That's a problem I've found with high sided sports bras .

Not sure if you like crock pot meals, but those ingredients would be good cooked that way too! I make something similar and then put over rice. Would be an easier freezer meal compared to assembling the kebabs.

I am not pregnant, but I do have fibromyalgia and I am definitely going to try one of those bras. With the insane pain comes tenderness, especially where, despite my age, I have arthritis from a car accident in my shoulders. This looks like it could be quite comfortable with the fabric and seamlessness. Well done ad!
