One thing I don't get is that when he was explaining that it's much easier to allow ourselves and give permission to be whatever we want and to act however we want. Of course I don't believe in shamming yourself and beating the shit out of yourself when we make mistakes but at the same time I don't believe in just allowing ourselves to be hateful either. I feel like if we didn't try to correct ourselves every once in a while we could fuck a lot of shit up.

Like, in my opinion I don't think it would be wise or a good idea to just let yourself be nasty with others. Or to let yourself completely act upon anger without thinking or without giving time to cool off and gently steer yourself out of it.

Haha You're so Good, bro. Relate absolutely about enthusiasm for others.I do long to be acknowledged. that's why I am so loving towards others. But get this: I found there's no way to encourage EVERYONE. For real. some people you can love forever and its no use -they need to learn to love themselves. The best way personally is to love myself so intensely, to do so much good for me, that I can be a light for others automatically. Well. Thank YOU for giving me this space to express myself. This is so wonderful - I've always felt 'wrong' in the spiritual set... I never really felt comfortable with the idea that everyone and all their shite is a reflection of my 'issues'... and that "bad" emotions are to be denied and overcome in order to be spiritual... Rather, to be accepting and allowing, all encompassing and unapologetically me, in all my colours and flavours and to love all of it, has felt so right to my inner knowing. And yet, this feeling inside has also felt wrong because of they way we SHOULD be to be an evolving spiritual being - I've felt so broken because I didn't subscribe to the common spiritual viewpoint.  I am so relieved to see that not only am I not alone, there are thousands of others who feel the truth of love too!  Thank you Matt...!  Let's continue being BOLD and RADIALLY ourselves :)
