Hey Nathan! I’m making sourdough! And bout to get a wheat grinder for Christmas! I was in Georgia for a homeschool conference and because of the schedule couldn’t make it to the bread place, but man I wanted to go. Alas I can watch some tutorials!

PS I went with Gather Round for curriculum- Rebecca Spooner is the ticket. Ask Chelsea to look into Gather around if and when the kiddos get overwhelming. Gather Round was designed for multiple children to all do the same curriculum! I am only schooling one now, but hey hey. Ya’ll were part of my inspiration!
