Why didn't he just put the onions on a different plate so that the ones who wanted them could pick at them and the ones who didn't just eat off of the other plate??? I get he should have done no onions at all but there is a solution if he was so sure about the onions.

Adam intentionally made every meal with onions when that was the ONLY THING on the dudes sheet. Wth. Thats not new money or people intentionally sending it back.
I can't eat onions. I hate them and i avoid places who cant accommodate or order dishes without it. But if i paid for a yacht with a private chef i expect no damn onions. Wth.

No onions . The minute he put them in gets his warning not to do it again and does . Fired off the boat and new chef in place by the end of the day . Simple .

Adam is irrational. As a private chef, a major part of the job is to follow the client's food preferences or requirements. Requesting no onions is not putting anyone down. It shows that he doesn't know how to cook well if he has to adhere that strictly to a recipe - when he knew half of the diners requested no onions.

No Adam, some people cannot eat onions, for medical reasons!
