In life i find if you started at the bottom and make it to the top, the journey is wat it is. But you were happiest at the start of it. Those are the best moments

Man i was im tears he stands and watches as the memories of his past and the people he loved burn away and he just accepts it this is his redemption and he rides off to start a new i honestly hope we never see tommy shelby again cuz this was perfect

Although reasonable I was a little sad about how he ended it with Lizzie and the fact that they never showed her again in the last ep. It would've been heartwarming but yes I realise that's clearly not meant to be the theme haha. This ending message wise and from the writing point of view is perfect. Plus I'm glad they didn't play the iconic Red Right Hand song cause in that case I wouldn't have been able to get over the ending honestly. Love this song too though. Now I can't wait for the film. Hopefully out in a few years?

If I had one super power, I would gladly erase all my memory and rewatch this show.

Just did my first rewatch of the final season and it hit me like a ton of bricks this time much more than the first time...I just don't think people factored in the degree of difficulty Steven Knight had when he had his first ending for the story all written and done with Polly playing the most primary role in it outside of Tommy and then Helen tragically passed away before they got to shoot it so he had to rewrite the entire final season with a new ending...to have something that devastating happen and still be able to pull off something even remotely beautiful and satisfying would be a miracle and I'd say this is well past remotely satisfying...what Knight and Cillian accomplished along with the rest of the cast deserves to be in much higher regards imo

My wife passes a short while ago. A year ago she got me a Peaky Blinders hat for my birthday. My Laurie was a true horse woman . All the tired horses lives in my ear and soul. I sing it everyday when I am alone In my space...brings me peace .....she loved to take her horse out for a ride.....God I miss her.

This redemption arc is similar to Arthur Morgan's from red dead 2. Unfortunately Arthur's ending is more tragic.

The crazy thing is I was expecting Thomas to die at the end in a way similar to Nucky Thompson (spoilers), but thank god i didnt spoil myself lol

Great series great ending but tommy just going to go back to small heath to see son charles and family are retire from the gangster life to another city or country and live off his millions.
