Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) is the official media organization of the city government of Dubai. It was established in 2003 as a state-owned company comprising a number of print, radio and TV channels under its umbrella, which include Dubai TV, Al Bayan, Dubai One, Dubai Sports, Emirates 24/7, Tawseel and Masar Printing Press.

Expo 2020 was staged at Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, which makes it the very first World's Fair in its 170-year history that was held in the Middle East. It lasted for six months in 182 days, from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. The event was originally due to be staged from 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021, but was pushed back due to the then-ongoing COVID-19 pandemic; despite the rescheduling, organizers had kept the 'Expo 2020' name for branding purposes.

This here was among one of the nine bumpers used by much of DMI's TV channels (such as Dubai One and Dubai TV) to commemorate Expo 2020, and these idents were made by the Dubai-based VFX production firm Alzahra Studio.
