But... I think I have a nerve, or tendon, or ligament completely destroyed (when i was 13, and I am 47). because, even if I've tried to train, I can't move the right big toe to the left side. (I can do it with the big toe on the other foot)

It would be very encouraging to see some before and after photos of people who have followed your advice.

At 69 I have kind of given up after🎉 trying wearing stretchers every night and shoe spacers/orthopedic shoes. After 6 months i saw abolutely not even 1mm difference.
They are not painful, but dont look nice wearing strappy/thong sandals.

The the info about glutes is helpful. I have noticed that tensing glutes and various feet/ankle muscles affects the alignment of knees and can lift my fallen arches and bunion aligment a little
