This class is small but mighty. No equipment needed to get a great burn in the booty, hips, inner thighs and calves. We'll flow through some creative versions of bridge as well as incorporate "Parakeet" (originally done on the trapeze table) to the wall. Save this one to come back to when time is short but you don't want to skimp on some great strength work!
