ОтветитьWe need more info on long term survival. I believe it's going to be a way of life for some. Most of our ancestors are gone that had this info and we have to rely on people like you.
I salute and thank you for this video and look forward to more in-depth info
Bless you brother

ОтветитьI'd rather die then have to use wool. Is there an alternative?
ОтветитьNo firearms on the list but damn, James has got some guns!
ОтветитьI live this way. but I really do like my solar power station and usb power gadgets. living underground keeps winter livable not comfortable. being alone female it is those darn bears and cougars and nasty evil deer! people love bambi until bambi eats all your food... i mean the whole garden. new laws prevent shooting the darn things but it is true using real soap make from wood ash is far better then store bought.
ОтветитьHOLY 💩! DUDE YOU LOOK AMAZING! Comparing the way you were in the Hobo Hammock episode & now, WOW 🙀! Great job!
ОтветитьSo basically a TRUE country boy . Didn't realize all that my grandma and Grandpa and dad though me and i take every day for granted. That i didn't know everyone else didn't know or practice let alone live every day. Grazie
ОтветитьI just ordered the black forest supplement. Thank you for the video.
ОтветитьI been luck to be able to you around years. Lucky for you so thought into your subjects and videos.
I asked you about school run. You give a lot of what believe was good advice and away to thing belong beyond survival. Cause she’s the best flirt with your school. I hope your numbers increased well. I hope all your dealings with Blackie Thomas turn out the best for both of you.
I have many pairs of 100 percent wool trousers and socks. Wool is heavy when wet, but it does not burn like a torch like synthetics can if they catch a camp fire spark. A burn from a fire can be life threatening.
ОтветитьExcellent advice. Don't forget 30 inch D saws, 2 man cross cut saws, mauls and wedges for splitting wood. Get all the pioneers tools........
ОтветитьWow you look like you could move some rail tracks on your own 😅
Ответитьp.s. I asked him and will soon be 71 and am still strong although I could use more exercise a bicycle usually does it for me
Ответитьvery very good one-you do look great. The exercise can and will help -- I also suggest asking the creator to not let your strength abate the same way he did with moses and others in the old testament several of the patriarchs were strong until old 90,100,120
ОтветитьI grew up on a farm. Farmers built this country and Agricultural is the backbone of this country. A few days without food will convince anyone of that.
ОтветитьThis is what they should be teaching us children in school
ОтветитьYour arms are HUGE
Looks like pythons 🐍
Damn Bro! You're lookin kinda JACKED👍
ОтветитьWaiting on him to start talking about how he's studied the blade, and is a master of ultimate survival tool. The katana
ОтветитьThank you, James, for the very beneficial video. God bless you in Jesus... 🙏🕊️✝️📖♥️😊👍
Ответитьgreat video thanks.
Ответитьluv this guy , very wise
Ответить1st of all Sir, well done on the weight loss. I always thought you had a woodcutters frame under there that spoke of hard work or sports in your youth.
This video is a great reminder that some older kit will serve you well for years mixed with some learned knowledge and you will be well armed. I liked that you said about actual paper books, soon lots of knowledge will be lost with our digital controlling overloads censoring everything.
Keep cranking out the good stuff.
Also I hope you are getting ahead with the hobo series and have found a train willing to let you hop on and off for your videos?
Thanks for posting.
Yes pay attention to the old school ways they last the longest and are the cheapest
ОтветитьBro's found the fountain of youth and didn't tell anybody.
ОтветитьThanks James. This series of 10 Tips For Survival is awesome. It is so good to have a video series that gets behind the "what's the best kit to carry", and talks about the foundation that survival is based on, our mental and physical abilities and training.
ОтветитьI've been trying to warn people about the battery issue. Becoming dependent on battery operated anything is going to eventually bite you in the ass.
ОтветитьVideo idea: how you lost the weight.
ОтветитьDamn, you look good. (No homo)
ОтветитьI checked out the black forest store...
Too expensive for this poor old man.
I think the old school boy scouts type books are leagues more important to refer to than modern tech dependent sources.
Also, plan for the unthinkable.
I pounded out tens of thousands of miles in the backcountry and was almost up to Sherpa standards.
Decades later my hips are destroyed and I'm seriously disabled.
I'm friendly with the homeless folks and I teach the youngsters utilitarian tricks. They're glad to learn because most don't know how to survive legally, if you know what I mean.
I want to be a valued elder instead of a target.
Gotta play the cards I have in my hand until I get two hip replacements.
I hope they are successful.
Good video, my friend.
Your promotion today, will have to be one of the best most common sense educational series. Thanks again. 0750 Western Australia time.
ОтветитьYou are a great Inspiration! Greetings from formely good old Germany.
ОтветитьThis channel is blinking excellent
ОтветитьLooking good - thanks 4 your vids.
ОтветитьLooking big man! Awesome change! Great video too.
ОтветитьExcellent video, another skill to work on kinda goes along with farming but that is animal husbandry. Learn to raise and care for useful critters. Rabbits and goats are a good place to start along with chickens or ducks. Dogs make great companions, help keep you and the stock safe and can help with hunting. Cats keep down vermin such as rats and mice.
Thank you for putting out such quality content!
I've been away from your channel for awhile but will resubscribe. I'm thinking of something I did to navigate when I was hiking decades ago. I don't remember what I called this thing but I usually made it with things that were discarded. A piece of string, sturdy cardstock ( I used backs of cereal boxes and the like) and a pencil. I used it in areas that I was crossing and wanted to return on the same route. I would knot the string using it to measure distance from tree to tree or anything very big in the landscape. I would hold the string up and sorry I don't readily recall how I measured the distance but it's easy and I'll have to look it up again. I would mark on the cardstock approximate distance or time it took to hike there and anything that could not always be seen at a distance such as a small stream but water usually has more lush green growth around it. When I neared my destination I wound it all up and gave the route a name. I put it under the last tree marked with a knot and would pick it up measuring from end to beginning to get home. It helps when crossing where there are no trails and marking the trees may not be good for whatever reason. People who knew me in some parts of the states would sometimes find one of my route maps and would show me telling me how many decades old it was and though there were new trees and some of the large ones had fallen it was still good for finding your way. If you haven't covered this already it's a good thing to know and can be kinda fun to experiment finding your way.
ОтветитьI’m surprised, there’s no evidence that turkesterone raises testosterone. It’s basically a “tonic” that promises miracles but does nothing..
ОтветитьHope people listen to you.
