ОтветитьMonet, I finished 75 Hard earlier this year and lost 15 lbs. I hit a peak about half way through and once I started intermittent fasting that’s when I started losing weight again. So I had a window where I only ate from like 12 PM-8PM & didn’t eat those other hours. Your body just needs a boost or a change in your daily eating habits!

I've been intermittent fasting , working out 4 times a week and on a calorie deficit (eating 1,200 calories) 6 days a week and allow myself to eat around 2,000 calories on my "cheat day" and I've lost 20 pounds in 4 months. You got this ! Everyone's body is different , and at the end of the day you look amazing ! Don't be too hard on yourself , like you said keep going even if you feel discouraged ❤
CALORIE DEFICIT IM TELLING YOUUUUU!! set a certain amount of calories that you have to NOT go over every day. then eat whatever but do not surpass that number AND YOU WILL SEE A CHANGE!!!
ОтветитьHeyyy girlll one thing that helped me and has been proven by so many people is being on a calorie deficit diet. Just get MyFitnessPal and log your meals and you will lose the weight in no time. I see you’re eating 3 big meals a day. That helps rebuild your muscles but it won’t burn the stored fat. Being on a deficit will do this.
ОтветитьGirl same!!! My husband and I have been going hard at the gym and eating clean he has lost almost 20lbs and I’ve only lost 5 😅 although I am toning up I’m just mad that I’m not seeing the number go down !!!!! Ughhh all in time

You’re watching calories and protein and eating healthy but also depending on your meals/routine it can be a lot of sodium intake which just makes you swell and retain water. Love how real you keep it!!! We’re in this with you sis! Also track your cycle depending on which phase you’re in your body and mood respond differently and may need different nutrients certain weeks. Last half of 75 hard leettttsssgetit! Turn those morning walks into jogs

ОтветитьIf you have been taking progress photos, look at them and see your progress! It definitely helps to see the difference in your body over the actual number. That really helped me in my 75 hard! Keep going ! You’re doing great girly ♥️

ОтветитьOkay wait I minored in nutrition so teaaaa… no literally drink tea (loose leaf, dandelion, ginger, black tea) there are so many good ones! From observing your diet you’ve been doing great & you definitely clocked tf out of the healthy fats 😂, I’d just say eat more vegetables fr (carrots and hummus, spinach, broccoli, steam it, make it fun) and lastly probiotics, easiest ones for me to incorporate are yogurt & kefir, esp in smoothies. Unsolicited but hey 🫶🏾 I hope this helps

ОтветитьIve done 75 hard twice now and i fellllt this. Sometimes you feel like you are doing everything right and seeing nothing and it can be so discouraging. Its okay to feel this way but in the end youll be proud of yourself for finishing and proving you can do hard ass things. You will 100% see a difference in the end. keep pushing!! It doesnt get easier but easy shit is never rewarding because anyone can do it. keep going babyy

Ответитьif ur goal is to lose weight i recommend a calorie deficit 🙂 i lost like 20 pounds in like 2 months doing that (& obviously working out) i also kept a pescatarian diet/vegetatian and ive managed to keep the weight off for 2 yrs now but honestly i think you look amazing 🩷

ОтветитьI’m day 45 of 75 hard and also decided I need to track to lock in fr lol gotta make sure you’re in a deficit if the goal is to lose fat and be more lean. But still great to have been overall healthy lifestyle changes😊
