Soooo sweet the tone !
ОтветитьSounds great.
ОтветитьGreat video, thanks! I've been trying to decide whether to buy the Steel String Singer or the Dirty Wonderland as a clean pedal platform amp.
Ответить🤘🏽🤘🏽🎸🎶✌🏽
ОтветитьLove the video! Your playing is killer ❤❤
ОтветитьReally nice. I have the Wonderland Overdrive and it is a killer.
ОтветитьGreat demo Mark! And the head sounds wonderful. How does it compare to the clean channel of the Bloomfield Drive?
ОтветитьI could keep this amp full on with fet and boost. Gnaaaarrrrr
Class and subtlety be damned!
Awesome sounding amp! I suffer from the curse of being a guitar player, I have 12 amps and obsess over the tone at home and on recording, but the minute I set up to play with the band, I reach for my workhorse Vibrolux and dial in the sound that fits the sonic landscape, the nuances are lost. Same with effects, all you need is the suggestion of the effect you want, the box doesn't matter, does it wiggle, repeat, or fuzz in the mix?
ОтветитьDo you still prefer the wonderland overdrive after trying/reviewing more of his amps?
ОтветитьMan, i have become a fan of your amplified nation videos....i do have a request if you can accept it...please do the SSS and the bombshell together as a dual mono rig or something just to show the amalgamation of those two amps clean tones!!
Thanks
review Ampguy's amps!
ОтветитьGreat amps, yes. But "affordable?" At four grand for a head, you must be doing pretty well.
ОтветитьI've watch and commented your video about Vertex SSS SRV pedal (Under another user's name cause on another phone crazyblues6661). As it's supposed to emulate the steel string singer, Would it be possible to realise a video that would put side by side this amp and the pedal in a basic tube amp. I don't think it as ever been done ??? For sure this amp is truly impressive and can't surely be replaced by a pedal but for players with money restrictions, is Vertex close enough to be considered as a serious affordable option??? If it's not possible comparing them for commercial reasons, could you at least answer that question? Thanks. By the way, I just subscribed as I think you deserve more followers. Cheers
ОтветитьCool but My HRD IV sounds just as great for 1/4 the cost. Getting sick of gear heads pushing $’s and not sense😅.
ОтветитьNice YaMar
ОтветитьFor bedroom volume would you recommend this or the studio sig from two rock? Looking for a thick punchy clean
I know dumble style amps sound good at any volumes
How does it compare to your two rock? I have a traditional clean and am trying to decide between the amp nation or the silver sterling signature
ОтветитьGreat review, man. Subbed.
ОтветитьGreat demo! How would you compare this to the two rock studio signature? Would you be happy with just the SSS as your main amp or is it too much of the “clean lead tones” thing? Do their sounds overlap much? I’m thinking of purchasing either.
ОтветитьI think that it is telling that Sweetwater is not stocking a Steel String Singer in inventory. My current main amps, the PRS DG Custom 50 and the Dr.Z Z-80 were both discontinued for lack of interest. Y'all just don't want to sound like me, and I don't blame you. It is amusing to me that everyone who looks at my rig thinks that I should know some Stevie Ray licks, I don't own one Fender Amp.
Ответить3000k affordable ? I think the word is attainable . anyways im getting one !!
ОтветитьWhy did AN change the names of their amps?
ОтветитьAs a suggestion when running through all the amp settings, it would probably be helpful to record a phrase or chords into a looper and let it loop while running through the different settings. Then we better hear the differences.
