I can read charts I’ve even knitted from charts, however, my dyslexia really screws with me when I’m trying to do something with charts. I need a written out pattern. I am also too lazy to write out a pattern from a chart. However, I know you’re knitting in those charts you will love and you will knit beautiful things.

Shannon, you may enjoy the book Making Marls by Cecelia Campochiaro. It's a little expensive ($65 on Amazon), but she is a much respected knitter who has written two knitting books that I consider to be scientific in their approach. There are several YT interviews with her that I was really fascinated by and caused me to make the investment and purchase her books.

I'm actually friends with Cherrie (the viewer that was chosen) and she is highly talented with crochet. She has been crocheting for 45 yrs! She is also a big sweetheart 🥰 BUT I know with you being as talented as you are that it is going to be a very close race!!!

Guitly as charged I have promised amigurumi, girls dresses, socks, and sweaters for Christmas and so far I have 1 amigurumi done and one half done (not small either), 1 dress 2/3rds done and have at least 3 to do, at least 2 pairs of socks to do, and 1 or 2 sweaters to do and just realized Christmas is only 9 weeks away from this Wednesday. Wish me luck on getting it all done.
