A RARE MOVE! Pichi Richi Railway's NT 76 Rescues NM 25!

A MUST SEE RARE MOVE! NT 76 rescued Old Ghan steam locomotive NM 25 after it failed on Saturday 13th of July 2019, whilst being made ready for the Up Afghan Express service to Quorn. We see the rare and unique movement of the diesel and steamer together between Stirling North and Pichi Richi on a rather gloomy day in the Winter of 2019. From our notes, steam locomotive W 934 operated the Down Service back to Port Augusta (its first Afghan Express working in four years, at that time). Old Ghan steamer, NM 25 was left at Quorn Loco for assessment.
