The H in Spanish is mute, Humahuaca is like to say umauaca, doesn’t sound like English H 😅

If you had driven south of Salta to Cafayate you would've seen other spectacular scenery full of bright red canyons, mountains and river valleys.

By the way, Humahuaca is pronounced "ooma-waca". And the last place you showed is called Hornocal or the 14-colored mountain.
