New IMMERSIVE SNOW FEATURES Will Make Askiy Ridge SUPER REALISTIC!!!

Being Canadian from Quebec I am very excited for the new map which will be in Alberta and the game is getting better and better since Sundarpatan which I really like, this new winter map which is coming I think I will hunt for a long time on this reserve, especially for the new snow mechanism which I find fantastic hoping to see it also in Medved-Taiga, Yukon Valley, Sunderpatan and maybe north of Revontuli Coast. Seeing a mound of snow on my dog's back will be cool to look at and immersive. This is to say Call of the Wild is the best hunting game in which we have fun playing for hours and hours. I hope to see Jaxy back for a livestream, I miss his joyful face.

I hope that someday EW give us seasons, even if it is for the successor of cotw since I think for this game it's too late, but for a cotw 2 that would be my number one dream, that would actually be one of the most immersive features for a hunting game.

Can’t wait for the IMMERSION in Canada!!! Unfortunately I will be out of town when the update comes out, but as soon as I get back, I will be spending so much time on Askiy Ridge! I cannot wait to finally get back at the beavers!!! 😆😆

OK, so hear me out, I was playing Hirschfelden Yesterday to hunt my first European Bison, and guess who decides that my tent looked ugly. That's right who else but those damn Beavers, the FIRST one I see I'm showing the full force of the 300 Magnum.

So this was kinda why I didn't like Medved. Something about it was missing for me. I'm actually really excited to play this map. This is coming from a person who loves Yukon.

Tonight I got my first great one and I lt was fallow deer but I ended up spinning it messing up my first great but luckily I got two piebald in the same zone so it kind of made up for it

My first will definitely be the elk. Sure hope though, now that we DO have a beaver, they might backfill it to Yukon? I cannot imagine Alaska without it.

I’m not going to lie I 100% disagree with the class they put beaver at, I feel that beaver can get up to 45 kilograms and that that is big enough to be a class three

Snow sound... sorry, not buying. Not until they will add self shadow casting in game for the hunter himself. Thats what will more immersiv.

With the interactive snow detail coming it would be cool if it could be transferred to mounts too. It would be awesome to have a mount with snow on it

Never hunted black bears or moose so once I have had a good look around its grinding time, only ever grinded for red deer producing 2 great ones, in fact never played an ice or snow map yet. Excited !!!

Im going for the beavers for what they did to my tents.

I would love for there to be more survival Elements in the game. I'm a big fan of the game dayz where you have to battle hunger thirst and infections that get worse when you have to battle the elements. Maybe they could add blizzards where you have to take immediate shelter or extreme cold events where you need to make a fire. The changes in this video are really nice but they would make the game so much more immersive if there was genuine gameplay changes / challenges when the weather gets worse
