Just have to say a big thanks, bro... I used to train and coach amature MMA. Due to injury, I had to step back. I stopped training and gained a lot of weight. Watching your vlogs inspired me to get back training. A loss of or 3 and half stone in 3 months working out every day. Now it's 5 months, and my body is in a similar shape as you. Even though I will never fight again, I work out like I am ring ready. Thanks for showing up getting it done.
