GPC earnings miss today was a BLARING alarm bell for the US economy and the value of DXY. It's even worse than it appears. In the event I'm correct I purchased some low strike calls of the various gold and uranium miners I currently hold and have sold covered calls on, creating an effective call spread on about a third of these positions. Unfortunately all the bad things I expected on the macro are coming true in spades.
