Can we just appreciate how strong Charlie is? She literally grew up in Hell. She has seen the worst of humanity, yet she continues to see the best in them, she tries to help them despite them giving her every reason not to, she still keeps smiling, and remain hopeful that things could change. To top it all off, she has been doing it for 200 years. She may be a bit naive sure, but she isn't stupid.

I don’t know about the overall premise of the show, but the animation and designs of the characters I see in this video aren’t so bad. For example, I like the design for Charlie. I also like the musical element as well, really nice. I haven’t actually watched it yet but maybe my opinion will change once I watch it.
