Joe Lynam is an award winning and highly experienced broadcaster with more than 20 years of experience presenting and reporting from all over the world.
He was the BBC’s Business Correspondent and Presenter on the 1, 6 and 10, Breakfast, BBC World News, World Service, Today programme and the News Channel - covering among others: the Dot Com boom and bust, the financial crisis, the Eurozone crisis and the fallout of the Brexit referendum in the UK. He also covered many non business stories and travelled for the BBC throughout Europe, the US and Southern Africa.
He has interviewed notable political and business leaders including Bill Clinton, Gordon Brown, Joe Biden and Bill Gates.

He won the Headline prize for my original journalism in 2018 and the Wincott Prize in 2016 (also for original journalism). He was ranked in the Top 50 most influential journalists in the world and top 5 most successful Irish journalists.
