Privatizing Pakistan's flag carrier has been a plan for over a decade now with various unsuccessful attempts made in the past. Now, it seems that PIA might actually be privatized as the Pakistani government makes significant moves toward that happening. Will this effort be worth it and who could invest in PIA?
