The Most Controversial F1 Season Ever?

Schumacher vs Villeneuve 1997, Scacher vs Hill 1994, Senna vs Prost 1990, Hamilton vs Alonso vs Raikonen 2007 (the most contoversial btw for sure, and not because Raikonen won), these are conttoversial championships, and oh boy, they involve some crazy driver tactics aswell (like hamilton did in the British gp, after celebrating like a hero). Just the ones i know about and there are plenty of more.

1. Hamilton was punished according to the rules and FIA regulations for the crashes deemed his fualt.
2. Mercedes designed, built and implemented an engine that was within the rules and regulations stipulated in the FIA car and engine requirements rulebook.
3. Ferrari needed to cheat to stand a chance in 2019 which went completely unpunished.
4. RB went over the cost cap last year and got a slap on the wrist. Youre suggesting there is a bias, well theres two instances where both Ferrari and RB went relatively unpunished for, in both cases ACTUAL broken rules that affected race performance and results.
5. The FIA actually admitted that the procedures that took place in Abu Dhavi in which they call Massis' decision and I quote "human error" and fully admitted that Massi did not follow rules and regulations. They actually admitted what happened shouldnt have happened......

Which if you noticed was the only time rules and regulations were actively broken and Mercedes and Hamilton were the victims of it and literally nobody else. Dont even try and claim theres a Mercedes bias. Im not claiming there is a bias unlike you people. Its racing. Wrong calls and decisions are going to be made.

Despite ALL that, you people still claim it was either the correct call and/or it was a championship won on merit.....Im a Merc and Hamilton fan. But Im not a insane fan who who sides with them on everything. The things I listed were facts..... black and white. There is no in between or interpretation of them. Thats what happened, and to sit there and say what happened was right or a win on merit alone....is delusional. People will sell their souls and common sense to side with their favorite driver and defend them to the ends of the earth. Its ridiculous. The best thing to do is to move on. It happened, nothing we can do about it lol.

They wanted to stop Mercedes in 2021 with the current gen. But covid pushed their plans back. So they had to get crafty to stop Mercedes.

The entire season was liberty putting pressure on FIA, but FIA set things straight in the very last race. Massey was willing to kill his career over it. Toto just pushed it too far with the rovketengine. Lewis shouldn't have been near a championshipdecider in Abu Dhabi. Did deserve the win there though. With an engine that barely makes it to five races, but still. It was a solid drive.

That was Masi's final revenge against Toto for bothering him too much with voice comm and emails...his final words to Toto is quite telling that he had enough of Toto's bullshit and willing to throw away his career for that final moment

without saying what rules were broken. Lest not forget, f1 favored them, Toto doing overtime on the refs. Even the last race tracks were made quicker, in 2021, to favor them. Non the less, LH could still get the 8th. He has the gift.

Lewis is 8 x time champion. That is not to say that Max did not do what he needed to do. He is a dominant champion as well. The rules were changed, and we know it. And now some how FIA can go back and visit decision and penalties.

I refuse to acknowledge Max as the champion that year period. Nobody's going to tell me otherwise because I have eyes and I watched what happened. The race director Made up new rules out of thin air on the last lap of the last race to gift verstappen the championship. Not for me because I am not blind and I saw what happened. I'm embarrassed for verstappen that he even accepted it, he knows that was bulshit.

Real robbery attempt was not allowing backmarkers to overtake at the first call. Alonso, Vettel and EVEN Bono was surprised by that.

This wa just racing, Lewi could have pitted, he stayed out and he really believed that he could defend for 1,5 lap - and he should have done that better. Then... what happened at Silverstone and Hungery? Before Silverstone Max was in a 34 point lead, after two races with Max crashed out of crashed in to by Mercedes cars Lewis was in the lead with 14 points. HOW WAS THAT OKEY?! Max was by far the best driver that year, he was winner or runner up ever race he finnished with a undameged car. All people cryin are just lewisfans, you really think FIA did not help Lewis back in to the championship? Yeeh right, think again.
