The difference between Pension Funds, Provident Funds and Retirement Annuities.

If i get payment from provedet fund
Where must i get my pension fund

Can you withdraw from both pension and provident fund if you resign... are they 2 separate funds??? On the withdrawal form if you the option for both and I note there's different values on both ????
