Looks like a Kurt angle to me.
ОтветитьThe Great Great House of Guitars is a local to me guitar shop which opened in 1964. Fender Even made a 50th anniversary House of Guitars guitar, I think it was an acoustic. Anyhow, if you go to their reverb page, all of their guitars are pictured in the most bizarre of angles. It's like looking at a house for sale with a picture of the house upside down. It's so annoying. I said something about it to one of the employees, and he said oh, I'm the one who takes the pictures. And I said why don't you just take pictures like everyone else does, take pictures like you'd see the guitar in real life, not upside down or from strange angles, but no. All their pictures are still weird.
Edit: I just checked their reverb page and it's the same. Every headstock picture is upside down. So weird...
You speak so strangely. 🤔

ОтветитьHey all you Troglodytes!it looks like an overweight plumber with his belly hanging out! The Surf LP is just waves breaking, no dragon heads.
ОтветитьSliverburst is a hideously ugly color.
Ответитьif they oversprayed with the black possibly this could be wet sanded out and re-reouted for the middle pickup
ОтветитьYs
ОтветитьAs with personal situations: trust your GUT. Maybe the glare...
ОтветитьI like the maple neck better.
Ответить👍
ОтветитьWho the hxll would pay 4k for that ?
ОтветитьWorst burst ever😂😂❤😅
ОтветитьZ is for late
ОтветитьShould be called the "greenparadingassilver burst"
ОтветитьI like the burl on the HOG custom with the 5 piece maple neck, different than yours but equally pretty. The gibson surf is wild!
ОтветитьI’m naming this one “Silver Pregnant Belly Burst” 😎👍‼️
ОтветитьJB = Joe Bonnamasa. I have a hand signed pickguard by Joe.
ОтветитьHowdy everyone!!!

Ответитьburlwood five piece maple neck, 😊
ОтветитьA little nail polish could help that poor ' Silver Burst ' , then sheed be right as...uh...ruin . Thanks Trogness !
ОтветитьJB=Justin Bieber, 😂
ОтветитьThe Surf one gives the exact vibes of an early 2000s era Tony Hawk Birdhouse skateboard.
ОтветитьI'd give them $400 for that
ОтветитьFile under: Silverburst.
ОтветитьJoe Bonamassa
ОтветитьThe baby photos need to return, maybe only in digital form if necessary.
ОтветитьBellyburst
ОтветитьI somehow missed it at upload!
ОтветитьFunny coincidence. I watched this and was thinking how I prefer the feel of a maple neck and fret board, actually no separate board just the fretted neck. I also had Antiques Roadshow on TV and someone had a violin with something I've never seen -- a maple neck and finger board. To make it even funnier, the violin was appraised at 4 to 5 thousand dollars, but the bow was appraised at 14 to 15 thousand.
ОтветитьI love the maple neck Les Pauls. Never played one… love the way they look.
ОтветитьThat Surf guitar from the Custom Shop is 5 serial numbers away from my 2003 Elegant.
ОтветитьJack Black??
ОтветитьJacqueline Bisset??
ОтветитьHey Trogly yes a moon burst. The SG is messed up. That melody maker is been refinished also. Is this repair night? The last one is cool but pricey. I like the last 2 they look OK without all sorts of repair work done that can be seen right off the bat. Nice episode on messed up gibsons. Thanx Trogly see ya on the never
Xt one
Gibson NEEDS to keep the baby photo going. It’s one of the coolest case candy things I’ve ever experienced. It adds this sense of human craftsmanship and care to your guitar. From the people that brought it to life. Makes it feel more special, and less commercialized
ОтветитьJoe bonamassa initials
ОтветитьWhen I first saw a "Silverburst" in the late 70's, I pretty quickly said "No thanks". Still don't get it.
ОтветитьThe left handed bigsby on the sg might be an iommi nod. Whole guitar is big iommi vibes
ОтветитьThat first SG is bizarre...but oh so cool!
ОтветитьThe artist is Tim Shawl and it is hand painted by him for Gibson. He is an Illustrator and (logo)designer. You can find pictures of this guitar on the web. According to shawl it is painted for the custom shop. You can find the picture posted by him, stating that on Dribble.
