MASTERFUL display of the usage of 9:30am - 10:00am EST NY Time "Opening Range Gap" theory when coupled with HTF PD Arrays(Daily in this instance) AND DOL utilizing the ORG "inefficient delivery".

ICT shows us how the ETH did, in fact, offer BUYSIDE delivery but within the RTH, we see there is a Premium ORG formed at 9:30am EST NY Time open meaning we Gapped Higher and need to offer SELLSIDE Delivery back down to the 4:14pm EST NY TIME closing price, aka: ORG LOW in this instance.

70% of the time, when the ORG is formed, we can expect a potential return to 50% aka the Consequent Encroachment of the ORG. This doesn't necessarily mean that we'd have a "70% win rate" when trading this concept/model. It simply means there may be an opportunity, within the context of proper narrative and framework, to find an ENTRY that will, 70% of the time, lead to a REPRICING to the C.E./50% of the ORG. THIS could be one's model.

He also incorporates the First Presentation FVG AFTER 9:31am EST NYSE OPEN, using it as resistance to get below the "Opening Range" low and down to the ORG LOW.
Distinction I learned here:
Opening Range = the Highest HIGH and Lowest LOW formed between 9:30am EST - 10:00am EST.
Opening Range GAP (ORG) = The Gap formed between the previous day's 4:14pm EST NY TIME closing price and the CURRENT day's 9:30am EST NY TIME OPEN price.
