There is a strong move by work from home employees with bigger buying power than locals to leave Philly, B'more, NJ and DC to relocate to one of the last affordable beach hoods.

Great, I am………. Wanting I guess, to be in the market in Delaware, but from the sound of things, it’s futile. Do you think things will ever be as affordable as pre-pandemic levels ever again? My family and I want to own a home so badly, but it’s just not viable until something major changes.
