EAST INDIA COMPANY 2.0 - All the managers are like modern day mercenaries. All they wish is lavish lifestyle in USA or India by being the frontmen for American behemoth. Amazon India full of fraud, cheating and stealing.
- products get stolen while FBA inbounding to their warehouses
- their automatic machines do wrong weight/dimension calculations leading to higher shipment charges and thus scamming the seller. Our lakhs of incorrect weight handling fees not refunded despite opening multiple cases
- fake orders are rampant and despite contacting seller support nothing happens. Amazon earns hefty shipping and commission on these orders
- No concern for sustainability or enviroment. Lots of damaged products because of their lax/abusive return policy
- Seller Support is Non-Existent. Seems they are hired from Insurance industry. DELAY/DENY/DEFEND IS THE POLICY they follow. Wish they meet the fate.
- they don't care about the millions of small retailers in Indian economy, their kids will be residing somewhere in western hemisphre in a first world country
- No Regional Advertising focus despite repeated requests... Ads shown all over India. Seller cannot focus theier MOney into a territory
- COD still after 10 years... fake cod orders
