Blatant ABUSE of power..all these pardoning presidents are CORRUPT!!!👎
ОтветитьI don't have all the facts. I'm going to be reserving judgment on this one.
Ответитьunrelenting attacks on Hunter Biden… Unbridled attacks onDJT are no problem it appears
Ответитьthe problem is and always has been that low hanging fruit ( the rest of us beyond the elite) gets picked.. Try not paying income tax ( stealing money BEFORE you even get it which in my opinion is immoral) and see what happens. There is a two tier system across the board. The illusion of democracy keeps the peasants controlled
ОтветитьWHY DONT BIDEN PORDON THOSE POOR PEOPLE THAT WAS SENT TO PRISON DUE TO HIS 1994 CRIME BILL:HE IS A JOKE 😮
ОтветитьRules for thee but not for me! Some people are above the law, Biden just proved that to the whole country. Whats crazy is that Biden wants us to believe he didnt weaponize the dept of justice against Trump, but that his own dept of justice was weaponized against his son. Sure buddy
ОтветитьLame duck president is an understatement. And IMO - the reason Hunter is the way he is, is due to never having consequences levied on him for his bad choices. What a horrible failure of a family.
ОтветитьDr. Grande is a Trumper I believe. 🤔
ОтветитьNOT a successful father, no way 🤣
ОтветитьHunter can now be legally forced to testify to his own actions plus his dad's. No pleading the 5th.
ОтветитьI remember my college “Ethics” class in which we have to justify a situation wherein a father decided a drastic action in order to save his son. He broke into a local pharmacy and steal necessary medications for his severely ill child who needed immediate attention. This is one exception in ethics in which in our life as a parent can be justified over the risk/benefit ratio.
ОтветитьAll this hypocrisy. Who wouldn’t pardon their own son if they had the power to do so, especially in this world of dirty politics? Are you telling me Trump wouldn’t pardon his son if he were in the same situation? Please, give me a break. All politicians are corrupt, unfortunately. And let’s be real—Trump would probably pardon people from January 6, and they’re not even his family.

That "pardon" was for Joe, not Hunter!
ОтветитьBidens are corrupt! You know it...I know it!
ОтветитьGrande to hear you speak the truth on how ridiculous this all is fires me up. I dont know who could witness this and say nothing. I always knew you weren’t a sell out. Thank you
ОтветитьSo…will Genocide Joe “pardon” the thousands of innocents currently being processed and/or serving time? Pathetic
ОтветитьAre you serious?
Not only is this terrible parenting, but what a miscarriage of justice!
10% For the big guy!
ОтветитьThe big problem I have with the Biden pardon is it appeared that both father & son were in cahoots to launder $$$ with Zalenski FROM THE AMERICAN TAX PAYERS to put in the Biden’s pockets. I hope Jill feels rich enough now too.
ОтветитьI love your videos, Dr. Grande, but I’m still not over your new take on the JonBenet case.
ОтветитьHunter always played the old man like a fiddle.
ОтветитьYou don't seem very informed when you describe Joe Biden as "ineffective" and unpopular. Unpopular, yes. It's too bad that his objective achievements go unrecognized, despite being documented in reputable (yes, legacy) news sources. Merely reporting that information in detailed, well-documented news reports does not counteract the effect of constant repetition of biased, negative news on public perceptions. You made several unsupported statements that reflect those perceptions. I'm disappointed by your lack of objectivity or research on the big picture. Perhaps you don't follow political news as closely as other kinds of news, or perhaps you are pandering to your audience by confirming their biases.
It's hard to judge him without knowing the big picture historical context and the structural issues at work. Most of us don't, focusing on emotional, culture-war issues instead.
Biden's policies, including covid stimulus, effectively stabilized the U.S. economy, successfully preventing an economic contraction and restoring economic growth after the pandemic. Other countries continued to suffer low growth and high unemployment. Bad as the inflation was, the U.S. economy fared better than any other country after the pandemic. Credit for that does belong to him.
To a remarkable degree, Biden's policies were guided by long-term strategic considerations. He had the most effective policy on climate change of any president to date. His Build Back Better economic program invested in alternative energy, giving the U.S. a shot at competing with China for technologies of the future. He attempted to secure U.S. access to semiconductors from Taiwan - essential to all modern economies and a weak point in U.S. supply chains - while also allocating resources to build semiconductor factories in the U.S. again, a very challenging and costly proposition, but important to U.S. economic security. Long-term perspective is rare in American politics, which is limited by 4-year election cycles.
Until the Gaza debacle, Biden was one of the most effective presidents in foreign policy. He restored and strengthened U.S. security alliances like NATO, that prevented world wars throughout our lifetimes. He understood that American power is based on alliances, not on acting alone. Without alliances, no one has an incentive to give the U.S. a seat at the table to influence international issues that impact us. He acted without hesitation on Ukraine, trying innovative approaches to prevent that invasion, like sharing intelligence on Russian plans publicly to try to influence the course of events. His example stands as a real contrast to Obama, who did nothing about the annexation of Crimea or the use of chemical weapons by Syria. He used brilliant tactics to restore the status quo between China and Taiwan: Three times he broke precedent by telling China that the U.S. would defend Taiwan,, an imporant element of deterrence. Three times, the state department seemed to retract his statements by saying the status quo had not changed. Journalists imagined he was speaking mindlessly, but he was sending China a warning shot across the bow without giving China a pretext for aggreesion. Pelosi's visit to Taiwan, breaking its diplomatic isolation imposed by China, were timed to coincide with China's preparations for the 20th National Congress, a point at which Xi Jinping dared not risk international conflict as he sought an unprecedented third term. Biden's East Asian foreign policy on Taiwan serves U.S. interests, including 1) preserving access to semiconductors, 2) keeping shipping lanes open in the Taiwan Strait and the South China Sea, and 3) maintaining trade alliances and access to East Asian trade, which has been the engine of the world economy.
Biden's immigration policies were relatively humane and eventually succeeded at reducing border crossings to a level lower than the end of Trump's presidency. Curtailing immigration will undermine Social Security, which can only survive if the working population of tax payers is equal to the population of retirees drawing from the system. Mass deportation of undocumented workers will cause major disruption of the U.S. economy and raise the cost of food.
The information environment we now have makes democratic self-government difficult. Unfortunately, getting news from decentralized, unaccountable sources, along with lack of education, means the American public is focused on emotional issues that don't get to the heart of what's happening or offer a big-picture perspective on how things work. Democracies cannot solve problems, if the public cannot agree about what those problems are.
This is off topic, but perhaps you should consider studying the mental health effects of drone warfare on survivng operators. It is sort of an experiment in its own right.
ОтветитьPardons should not be available to relatives of any Presidents
ОтветитьWell, if I knew that a psychotic narcissist was reentering power and, his pick for head of DOJ was threatening to go after my son, I'd change my mind by doing whatever I could to help my son. He didn't lie. He changed his mind due to the danger that he would be in by psychotic individuals coming into power. Everyone changes their minds from time to time.
The claims against Hunter about Burisma have been debunked. The Russians planted the propaganda and the Republicans went with it (Russian assets). As I already knew all along, their witness recently admitted that he lied by spewing Russian talking points.
You have many individuals in your comments who have fallen for the GRU and MAGA propaganda. Sad.
ОтветитьJust another government scumbag
'rules for thee but not for me'
Totally agree. No one would do anything different. All humans use their power for them & their family. Right or wrong. It’s human reality. Just like Hunter Biden was more of a target due to his father’s position.
ОтветитьAre any of you totally ignoring all the criminals Trump pardoned?
ОтветитьThe Bidens and Clintons are above the law. The hypocrisy and corruption are appaling. 🤡
ОтветитьSo I agree with the justification. Where we disagree is Biden should have never publicly stated he would not. These statements were done during a contentious election that actually made his side look good at the expensive the opposition and he had a 50-50 chance of not depart his son because his VP could do it. But things didn’t work out he did the right thing, but broke his word and lied to us.
ОтветитьHmmm... why back to 2014 ?
Ответить“No one is above the law” !!! Yeah, right !!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Welcome to the banana republic !!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьHe pardoned Hunter to save his own skin. Period
ОтветитьIn a fully independent and functional justice system pardons wouldnt be necessary. Justice aline would decide tge issue.
Unfortunately, as former President Trump has observed the US justice system is both political and corrupt.
In these circumstances, Joe Biden had reasonable grounds to believe his only remaining son would be hounded to his grave by political opponents, for no reason other than being the son of Joe Biden.
What is needed now is a root and branch reform of the US justice system to remove all potential for political interference. Will it happen? Very unlikely.
The pardon was not created as a means to just wipe away a crime
It was for a wrongful prosecution the guy was convicted of the gun crimes it wasn't a wrongful prosecution
The way that pardon is written means the he could've been selling drugs to minors and been fine
Well, basically Joe was acting like Joe...as crooked as son Hunter.
Given this, no wonder Hunter has serious issues...never being held accountable for his actions.
We now it is a travesty because president Biden said it himself on multiple occasions. And the only way he could make it look even remotely morally viable is if he used his powers to pardon every single person facing federal charges for victimless crimes.
ОтветитьWhat, a politician protecting their own, especially a family member?! 😂
ОтветитьOnce again, this clearly shows the two tier law system. Why should we have to follow the wall if they don’t😡
ОтветитьWhat happened to the drug charges? What happened to the minor that he was with? It’s on film from his laptop and many many more dirty secrets that he is not being convicted on.
ОтветитьNobody is above the law Joe.. isn’t that what you professed? you are already considered an awful President and rightfully so. Your son Hunter and you lied and you benefitted to the tune of millions. Nice family Joe
ОтветитьI suspect Biden finally pardoned Hunter because he thought Trump would literally KILL him. He's get him on trumped-up charges and invoke the death penalty. I'm serious. Although I like Biden and think he's a good man, I don't like Hunter. Under normal circumstances, I would not support the pardon. BUT since Trump is insanely vengeful and has the ability to KILL Hunter with invented charges, I understand why Biden pardoned him. I think it was secretly to save his life. Trump is a malignant narcissist devoid of empathy or conscience.
ОтветитьI don't know if it was the right thing to do it, but I would've done the same thing if I were him. I have a daughter. I'd definitely give her a pardon if I could.
ОтветитьI think a "successful father" would have raised a son that didn't need to be pardoned.
ОтветитьTwilight Zone. A rapist & wannabe-Hitler and his cronies are a danger to the world & no one blinks an eye.
But a (past) drug addiction--how horrible!
🤦♀️🤦♀️ Common sense and human deceny have left the building...
Trump lame taking over canDA I do not hear about this information
ОтветитьFJB Worst in history
ОтветитьHow come you did not cover Trump pardoning approximately 1,500 people charged or convicted in connection with the January 6, 2021 Capitol attack which resulted in deaths! This is far worse than any President’s pardoning in the past! I wish you would be unbiased politically because Biden has not been the worse president in the past not worse than Trump’s first term. I hope you can refrain from political judgement because it s hard to listen to you peacefully!
