Synopsis - Five years after Harry Osborne's death, the Osbourne legacy lives on through Oscorp..which has gone on to become a multinational technical company which also dabbles in bio engineering.. however all seems to be well in the city of New York.. that is until a power vacuum is left in the removal of a crime lord. A new threat emerges in the form of the Demon Gang, Spider-Man is put to the ultimate test when he realizes this new enemy is far more connected to his personal life than he ever could've imagined. And has a vendetta against the shady Mayor Oswaldo.
