Review: NH Hotel Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, The Netherlands - March 2023: https://youtu.be/--emacb15Wc .

The NH Hotel is located just outside of the sprawling mass that is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Upon arrival at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, there are bus stops just outside of the arrivals area, and from there is a free NH Hotel shuttle bus, which runs every 30 minutes during the daytime. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away by shuttle bus and this is definitely a service that is worth using.

The hotel is brutalist in design from the outside, but inside is very modern and attractive with extensive facilities. Upon entering the large reception area / lobby, you can also find a self-service shop, bar, restaurant and a gift shop. Next to this is the 'glasshouse' which is a green house of sorts, which besides having many plants growing in it also is host to the breakfast restaurant. I was stying on a bed and breakfast basis and can vouch that the breakfast buffet was simply excellent, very extensive with a range of hot and cold options.

My room (4417) was located on the 4th floor and was very large indeed. The bed was a super king-sized bed, there was a triple wardrobe, luggage storage area, fridge, desk, chair, Philips flat-screen TV, safe, air-conditioning, ample storage, bedside tables, comfy chair, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone, electrical plug socket next to the bed, a British plug socket and numerous lighting options. There was no carpet in the room, which had a wooden floor.

The bathroom was large, it had body lotion, hand soap, hair dryer, sink, toilet, bath with a shower over it and a separate shower cubicle. The facilities were excellent.

The film features views from Arrivals of the bus stop, the shuttle bus, bus ride to the hotel, hotel exterior, reception, lobby, shop, bar, restaurant, lift / elevator and a detailed review of room 4417.

Overall this was an excellent quality hotel and I will most likely stay here again at some point in the future.
