I was watching an old Death in Paradise (great British crime show). In the episode, the islanders were scared of a ghost who was haunting a brewery. Her name was Beverly, and they called her “Momma Bev.” I think that’s a perfect name for this judge, Momma Bev.

133:35 I think he said “for,” as if he prepared a false resume FOR Aperture to get his job. Everyone thought he said “or” so he thought he would role with it and make it appear he said either he OR Aperture completed the resume.

I would think you would have to be real careful not to admonish the victims mom no matter what side you fall on as far as KR guilt. I personally think she never hit John at all but I wouldn’t criticize his mother. Let her roll her eyes. She buried her son and I’m sure she’s been gaslighted in to believing this farce of a story. She’s a victim. No criticism of her.

I want to know how the judge can get away with signaling Brennan and then smiling. It's so freakin maddeininf! She's not honorable and she's playing dirty tricks!

Hi Carl; I like your work and comments especially in Karen Read case. What now becomes more evident is that the CW doesn't have an attorney that wants to handle this case therefore Brennan makes bank for dancing for the gavel queen. When I first heard of Aperture I saw that they were recently sold to new owners. Also, I looked at thier experts online and did see that they have a former MSP lieutenant that has well over 25 years in accident reconstruction and had his own business doing the same and currently works for Aperture. Why didn't he bcome an expert in this case for the CW? I think even he knows this case STINKS and is staying away because he is a professional.

I believe Brennan knew, he asked about all his certifications. He was trying to make him appear as qualified Legitament expert. Hoping his education wouldn't come up.

I hate the fact this so-called expert is trying to twist the science in order to help the prosecution, but I actually feel sorry for Shannon. He appears to be incredibly insecure, but only acts confident. I also believe he was terribly bullied in school and possibly belittled at home.
